How do I prepare for my online appointment?

Locate the email confirming your appointment. 
Click the second link to fill out your personal information, medical history, and sign the consent forms.

Please note that it can be difficult to view the entire page on a mobile phone. Make sure to scroll down to the bottom of each section in order to proceed to the next page or open the website on your computer or tablet instead! You’ve completed this section once you have signed the consent forms.

Open the first link to make sure the video call will work on your browser. Some users may need to download the app for it to work. For best results use Chrome as the browser. 
Ensure you're in a well-lit space where you feel comfortable to speak openly about your health. 
Make sure you have good Wi-Fi! A strong internet connection is helpful for a successful meeting.

What should I do if I haven’t received my confirmation email?

Accepted Answer

If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam box for an email from TruePath Wellness, Unified Practice, or NoReply.  If you still can't find it, please contact us for assistance.

In which time zone will my meeting take place?

Accepted Answer

All meetings are scheduled using Pacific Time. This includes all automated text and email reminders. 
If you are in a different time zone you will have to account for the time difference.

Where do I find the visit link?  How do I get to the online visit?

Accepted Answer

Your confirmation email includes a visit link for your video meeting and a separate link to fill out personal information, medical history, and consent forms.

Please make certain to test the link to your video meeting on your browser.  Some people report having to download the app for it to work, so please have that done prior to your meeting time. 
For best results use Chrome as the browser.
